We continued to work with our contractor, Osborne property services ltd to deliver responsive repairs in your home. Following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions our contractors worked to catch up on any outstanding repairs that could not be completed during this period.

In 2021-2022 we spent £2,889,000 on responsive repairs completing 9,618 repairs in your home of which 1,930 were attended to as an emergency.

8,042 repairs appointment were made.

7.882 repairs appointment were kept.

88% of repairs were completed at first visit.

We spent £2,625,000 on planned maintenance which included:

  • installing 110 boilers
  • replacing 17 kitchens
  • replacing 22 bathrooms
  • replacing 5 roofs

Aids and adaptations

We completed 49 aids and adaptations. Spending a total of £278,716,02.

214 fly-tipped items were removed by our estates officers when out and about in your neighbourhoods.

Gas safety

Each year we must carry out gas safety checks on all our homes. In 2021-2022 we had 99.92% compliance.

Fire door replacements

We moved into year two of our fire door replacement programme. Fire doors are an important part of your property as they offer protection in the event of fire.

In 2021-2022 we replaced 752 of fire doors.
