We developed 12 properties.

Arundel Road, Littlehampton where we developed two two-bedroom flats.

Cinders Nursery, Yapton where we completed on 10 properties comprising of:

4 one-bedroom flats
4 two-bedroom flats
2 two-bedroom houses

Our housing register

As of 31 March 2022, there were 1,317 households on our housing register waiting for accommodation.

1,227 households are waiting for general needs accommodation.

97 households are waiting for sheltered accommodation.

This is a 37.6% increase since last year.

Lettings

In 2021-2022 we let 308 homes to families, couples, and single households

The average time taken to prepare our properties for letting was 115 days, this is longer compared to last year, as we were still seeing the impact of works delayed due to COVID-19, shortage of materials and some empty properties that required extensive works.
